Rented unit to small, ignorant employee didn't know how to use same account to up grade to a bigger unit, created another account. I was attempting to make triple check that I wouldn't be charged, she assured me as long as things were out on the first,I'd be okay Storage was empty and clean on the 31st and those dirty rotten scoundrels charged my card and it is taking an act of congress to get my money back.
Big bank companies suck! I will use mom and pop Storage if I ever need another one.
