Our storage facility was bought out by Public Storage. What a horrible company!
First we were NOT notified of the change. Second, when I finally figured out what was going on, I could not get get anyone to answer the phone.
Last, they jacked up our rate over $25 a month, again without notice.
Stay far far away from this disreputable company.
