I have been renting space at the Rock Hill, SC location on Red River Road for almost a year. Jerrika assisted me very well. I needed a larger storage and she made the transition very easy. She has wonderful customer service and she is very easy to communicate with. She showed me that she is very caring by giving me a reminder phone call about the space during a very hectic weekend for me. This phone call gave me peace with this transition and I was able to complete my goal and I felt great. She also reminded me of using the app that makes things much easier such as entering and exiting the gate, as well as paying the cost each month.
