I have a current storage unit at PUBLIC STORAGE located at 290 Southampton Street, Boston, MA. I sold a home and closed another with no current place to store my "treasures". The PUBLIC STORAGE above is close to my home and located off Route 93 in Boston. I was certainly lucky to find this PS location. First the office staff, Lisa & Tianna have been awesome, helpful, friendly, very personable and helping me with my move in, rearrangements after closing one storage unit to a larger one, and any issues with the parent company. They know me and my 4 legged pooch Olivia by name. They were knowledgeable with the rental as I rented two spaces initially until I could sell and remove some of my possessions to store in one large unit. I couldn't appreciate them more as this was a big issue for to sell and store these long owned vintage items. The company couldn't have a more superior team overseeing this location. I would recommend this l9ocation for any needs such as mine or even seasonal turnover. Marcia & Olivia
