I reserve a public storage in Frisco, TX online and called in to get assistance, because I never got the email or text to confirm, my reservation. Found out they had the wrong email address. I did go into the place to make sure my reservation was indeed intact and met Jonna who was the best Informative and one of the nicest women I ever met.
She was very thorough with information on my reservation and made me feel relieved and fine that I was in good hands. Thank you so much Jonna for all your help we wish that there was more people like you. Denise
