My issue is with price increases. Please read the fine print. Four months after renting a 10 x 20 storage space my rent was increased from $418.64 to $578.39 ! Corporate told me they have the right to raise the rates at any time for any amount they choose. I get that things get more expensive and I could understand a yearly increase, but 4 months! Do not use Public Storage find a facility which will guarantee a rate on your contract.
