I found Michele to be a very knowledgeable and hard-working individual, with outstanding customer service skills. While possessing a wonderful caring personality, which these days is hard to find. All together my overall impression of Michele, would be to classify her as a real money maker; for example (I went to the Public Storage facility to rent one unit, but Michele convinced me that renting two would be better, along with having me purchase some storage related items ,i didn't need) "Michele, a True Company Asset" signed, v.m
