Alan at Public Storage locations in NE Portland is awesome. Recently we terminated our rental after 10 years. When cleaning out all items we managed to overlook a treasured gift I receieved from my parents several years ago.
Within a few hours after leaving, Alan called and asked if we might have missed something. He put it aside and held in his office until we could pick it up.
