Public Storage does not change due date or payment arrangement.
Is very hard to actually speak to a real person.
I just finally got to talk with someone and they say that they can't change it. Public Storage want ther3 money on time but is not willing to work with their customers. I'm contacting bbb about this place. They are dirty!
