Two representatives (Michael & Tosheba) of the Public Storage facility located at 3748 Covington Highway in Decatur were instrumental in the resolution of a sticky and unfortunate situation. A contractor wrongfully placed a substantial amount of my personal property in storage under his name. These representatives, with the approval of their manager, assisted with the relinquishment of the contractor's contract and arrangements for me to enter into in a contract under my name for the same as it should have been from the inception. They handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and expediency. I greatly appreciated their assistance.
