TERRIBLE customer service!
I have a moving van waiting to move my stuff into a storage space, I went over to the office to pay for the first month and get my unit number, and no one was there. It has now been THREE HOURS that I have been trying to reach someone, left many messages, and no one will call me back. Worst customer service ever and I will never rent a unit from this useless company again. I use a storage company 6 months every year, and I will go back to my previous company who was fantastic but a mile farther away.
