I was frantic today to find out my storage units would be dramatically increasing in price by about $40.00. The increase would make my bill about close to $200. I found this unacceptable seeing as though its only been about 4 months of me being there. I called and left a message and got a return call stating my rates would be drastically Decreased. This act by management, Mr. Nelson, was a very welcoming call and I greatly appreciate it. I really like using Public Storage in the Owing's Mills area @ Dolfield Rd. It's unfortunate that too often the rates go up too fast.
