Public Storage needs to let their customers know everything few months their storage fees will be increased. The ending of November 2022 the price of storage unit was $99 just paid my bill $155. I called to ask why the constant increase in payment was told to get a smaller unit. The unit I have is small. Now I have to make arrangements to fly to Florida and pay to get my belongings out of the unit. Please put it into your contract let your representative inform us to avoid additional expense and stress on your customers.
