Steer clear of this place!! They give a price to rent the unit and they will randomly start increasing the monthly rent amount once you've got your things in there. I called to ask why my rent amount increased by $40 after 5 months and was told by a rude representative that there's no cap on how much they increase your rent amount or how often they decide to increase it. She said it could be every 3 months, 6 months or whenever... Also, the property manager hides behind the 800 number, so good luck getting to speak with a person where your items are stored. I've left 3 messages for the Aledo, TX location and have never received a returned call. RUN!!!
