Nicole working the Riverchase Public Storage this morning was exceptionally kind, knowledgeable, and SUPER patient with my elderly mother! My Mom came in frustrated and acting quite ugly and Nicole calmed her down and was BEYOND wonderful!!! Give her a raise!!
