I have a storage unit at Public Storage located at 4409 Summer Avenue, Memphis, TN. I recently discovered that there was a leak from the ceiling which had ruined my mattress and headboard, which was right underneath it. From the beginning of reporting it to public storage personnel to solving the problem, Tabitha, Demetrious and Aiesha were considerate, supportive, and efficient; I cannot say enough how much they helped, and how courteous they were to me during what could have been a very bad situation for me.
