i rented a drive up unit online and when i went there 20 minutes later it was a dock 4 feet off the ground not stated on the website so i got screwed and they wont refund me the $29 or the $1 first month fee. i dont care you say its a non refundable fee because thats bad business update your website then. i was told i should have gone to look at it before i signed anything online. thanks for nothing
