They will get you in with deceptive advertising of low-rate then after you move in, they will increase the rate drastically by 30 to 100 % in a few months. Be careful and stay away from them, otherwise you will get ripped off. Please report them to government agencies like the FTC for engaging in unfair and unethical business practices. They are preying on poor people and increasing their stock share prices artificially by increasing rental fees continuously and ripping people off unfairly.
