I just recently had a Nightmare averted by Kim the Manager @ Public Storage Harris Ave. in Providence,RI. Thank you, thank you, thank you Kim. Kim managed to help me get through all the Blue Ribbons & Red Tape in converting my account over to this New Account here @ Public Storage. I am grateful all will proceed as normal without having to jump through Hoops. Kim is very friendly & very professional. I'm so glad she was able to help me. Looking forward to many years of doing business with Public Storage.
