I visited Public Storage at 1230 South Capitol St SE yesterday, March 3, 2025. Karina is an EXCELLENT! She was very accommodating and explained everything about Public Storage. Her patience is definitely a virtue and an asset for providing best in-class customer service. She went above and beyond to explain the pricing plans, gave me a tour of the facility before I finalized my agreement. I was pleased with how she provided world class service to all current and prospective customers who visited the facility while I was there. I'm excited to be a customer!
