This 5 star review is for Nikki at the Public Storage at 8452 Okeechobee Blvd, WPB FL. Had difficulty getting the door on my unit back down & a young lady named Nikki was very kind. It was quite lucky for me that she was there & able to help me. She was very kind & made sure I understood what I needed to do to prevent the problem from happening again. As an older adult, I was very appreciative of her kindness.
