The e-rental process was easy. I got a 10x15 unit for half the price, via their Memorial Day special. And there was a free lock promo. The employees were very helpful, both in-person, and over the phone. The facility is easy to get to, even by bus. It's very near a gas station. The facility is clean, and easy to navigate. They have good mouse control. The security is good. Entry code needed to enter and to use the elevators. Good size unit. Strong lock.
