This is the worst run business. Maybe all storage units are like this. Lighting in storage area is bad. The door is bad. and the worst thing is the downloading of the app is terrible. It will not download properly and there is no live person to answer my questions or help me. Property manager is nice but clueless. So I have no app but have memorized gate codes to get in. Have to get out of the car and enter code on the box to get my car in and out. It is a joke. This company really sucks. I wish I had an alternative. I would definitely never use public storage again.
