Went in with the $1 deal at Southside Blvd. In Jacksonville, FL., then after after 4 months they
hiked my rate $20.00 a month.
I asked for a deferrment option because I was supposed to be teaching by now.
However, due to the Coronavirus nightmare and the fact I haven't received unemployment, I am broke.
Not only was my extension request denied I was told a late charge would be applied after the sixth.
Before the Corona virus I always paid on time and have rented for almost a year.
No Coronavirus emphathy!
