Publix tries to come off as “primer service “. However they have little organization in the front end at some of the stores. I worked and was hired as a cashier 8 months ago. All of a sudden there we’re bagging and lifting 32 bottles/water and pack customers cars. Driving electric carts back. AFTER 8 months of cashing. Got doctors note about heavy lifting and various duties persisted. Very disappointed with front end customer service and management NOT HANDLING THIS ISSUE PROPERLY. I am a good employee, always on time. Never customer complaints
