“The process was smooth, and I finally felt a sense of closure after days of stress and uncertainty. This experience was a harsh wake-up call about the dangers of trusting online financial platforms. No matter how legitimate a company seems, it’s essential to conduct thorough research before making any investment. I now take extra precautions and encourage others to do the same. If something feels off, act quickly waiting too long can make all the difference in whether or not your funds are recoverable.””
“William and the deli gave Excellent customer service. There were a group of about 10 people behind me; will you acknowledge them and told him that he would be with them in a minute. I had the Philly cheese. I watched him make it and he asked a couple questions which was good. He performed his task with a smile. The Philly sub came out perfect. William provided excellent customer service as he was professional, friendly knowledgeable, and patient. Your other sub makers could learn a lot from William; no longer how long they have been there.
Excellent!!!”

“Borders Best watermelon is maybe the most disappointing watermelon I have ever had! It’s June 6th the peak of the Florida season and Publix store in Wesley Chapel “Their new store “ put this out as a quality product! I’m sorry it way below my expectations, I’m a watermelon consumer but I will never buy a another watermelon from Publix!”
“Your stores do not allow us to scan our united health cards we have to pull up the info on phone which doesn’t work
Inside a building with metal roof. Called corporate the provided an answer that their machines can’t scan the cards. Dollar general. Walmart and other very small stores can. Guess they don’t want to keep older customers. Goodbye they are many other grocery choices. Plus half the time their pharmacy can’t sell over the counter medications cause their computers won’t let the process the sale. Guess you guys need a real IT team/department”
“PUBLIX MADE ME HAPPY BY HIRING TWO SUPER WORKERS ,LIKE NILZA AND ISAIGH! NILZA IS FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT,QUICK AND ISAIGH ONE OF THE MOST POLITE YOUNG MEN I HAVE EVER MET, COURTEOUS, VERY HELPFUL, GOES BEYOND/ETC THE STORE MANAGER MUST HAVE A LOT OF PERSONNEL HIRING SKILLS!! bill newell”
“More often than not Publix is out of items that most people use. For 2 weeks you can't buy macaroni salad. If it wasn't for boar's Head cold cuts I wouldn't go there. They are overpriced by comparison. I use the Publix in boot ranch, Palm harbor Florida. It has gone downhill the last 2 years. We have to make our own macaroni salad because they don't stop it for a long periods of the time. It's not that their macaroni salad is good, it's not. It would taste better if they didn't put relish in it. Very disappointed in public”
“Publix employees have been generally polite and helpful . 5/29/25, we grabbed the last 4 of the Amy’s Pot Pies on sale and had wanted more. At customer service, Patrick who was not at all eagar to provide service after several minutes looking at his computer, said he could not give us a rain check as the product was not a manager’s special. We got rain checks before for butter, Coconut milk, pot pies that were on sale. Could not understand why Patrick refused us.”
“Went into Smyrna, Tn store on Lee Victory Plaza this morning. At the Deli there were at least 4 workers none of which were waiting on customers. After 5 minutes still could not get waited on. I then responded with “Can I get some help here please” ? Still after 10 more minutes and no other customers there I turned and left. No excuse for treating a customer like that. I’ve been a long time shopper at Publix but that was my last time shopping there. It was a very humiliating experience.”
“Three Cheers to our cashier Imane at Publix Forest Square location at 2170 Oakheart Rd. In Myrtle Beach. She was an exemplary cashier. She smiled during our transaction, very courteous and was quite proficient in her role to serve us. We've had other cashiers before but Imane needs to be recognized above all others. We also shop at the other Publix in our area.”
“I usually always come to this Publix but your employee tonight , made me change my mind from ever coming again . My phone was slow so I took a minute to bring up my card . Theirry the cashier was very impatient. Rushing me and I felt really uncomfortable. You guys need to get better employees or fire him. That was VERY unprofessional. /”
“On 5/23/2025 I shopped my Publix store in Waynesville and just loved the customer service in all the departments. Wanda B. was my cashier and she made my day getting me through the line. Very good communicator and helper. George Jenkins would be proud. Thanks for all you do. Todd”
“Came in to get rolls for my mom for mother's day. They had no rooks waited 43 minutes in the bakery and still had none out had to leave empty handed. Thank You publix for being the worst part of my family's mother's day.”
“Ordered an Italian sub from the Banana River Publix in Cocoa Beach. Sub had the incorrect bread. Had no sauces on it or banana pepper. And was only a few minutes late.”
“I was at Publix yesterday 1910 John young parkway north. I was with my father he in a wheelchair and I needed to use the bathroom so I wheeled him near and Melissa comes out. I go in. Then I comes out and she is watching out for him which touch my heart. I meant to speak to the manager. But forgot. Thanks so much for great customer service”
“Sandra, who works in the pharmacy at Verano in Port St. Lucie, is phenomenal. When I moved here, she helped me transfer all my prescriptions over very easily. Also, she is a joy to ask questions to and get proper answers. Thank you for employing Sandra.”
