“I cane to Publix last week and had an issue with issuing the u card and ebt. They said use your EBT first then your card. So I'm at Publix I used EBT card then my u card. Turned it down so had to put my groceries back.”
“I would not recommend Publix to any consumer that wants to be treated fairly! I went to get Miracle Whip.The 30 ounce jar was 8.57 and the 15 ounce jar was 6.09. Although this seemed really high, I purchased it thinking that maybe this is the norm since I'm not in the Green Acres, Wellington Fla area consistently. I also had to go to Walmart for some other things, and just so happened to see a 30oz Miracle Whip jar on an end cap. The price was $3.87. What!?! Almost $5 difference! 😡Publix is committing robbery! This is stealing from those who trust and frequent your stores. One would go to jail for being a thief in normal circumstances! I was terribly disappointed!”

“More often than not Publix is out of items that most people use. For 2 weeks you can't buy macaroni salad. If it wasn't for boar's Head cold cuts I wouldn't go there. They are overpriced by comparison. I use the Publix in boot ranch, Palm harbor Florida. It has gone downhill the last 2 years. We have to make our own macaroni salad because they don't stop it for a long periods of the time. It's not that their macaroni salad is good, it's not. It would taste better if they didn't put relish in it. Very disappointed in public”
“Went into Smyrna, Tn store on Lee Victory Plaza this morning. At the Deli there were at least 4 workers none of which were waiting on customers. After 5 minutes still could not get waited on. I then responded with “Can I get some help here please” ? Still after 10 more minutes and no other customers there I turned and left. No excuse for treating a customer like that. I’ve been a long time shopper at Publix but that was my last time shopping there. It was a very humiliating experience.”

“There were 5 of us standing in the pharmacy line waiting to pickup our prescriptions n the person being waited on had 8 or 9 prescriptions n something was going on? We waited 5 min. We waited 10 min. Finally I ask an employee if the manager could get her assistance. She was rude n couldn't really understand her. Finally after a few more minutes someone else Finally showed up to help.
When leaving I stopped at the customer service counter n suggested that when the pharmacy is backed up not be afraid to ask for help, the women at the counter started to say; we are short handed........I walked away, I don't want to hear your excuse just play it forward.”
