“This new Publix located at Publix Super Market at Valencia Center Palm Drivel have not been a pleasure. I go to the store everyday for a sub and they never have bread ready. For 4 days straight I had to speak to several different mangers including the store manager Joe. And the problem still wasn’t fixed. I had to walk out on Friday April 19 yet again the bread wasn’t ready to make the sub and I was told I had to wait an additional 15-20 for bakery to bring the bread.. said
Continued Comment: This Publix made it so hard for something so simple. The bread should already be ready before the store opens at 7am. Waiting on the bread to come is unacceptable and I’m so disappointed in Publix. I put Everything else I was buying back and walked out the store. My Shopping wasn’t a pleasure. STORE NUMBER 1229”
“It use to be "the best birthday cakes are from Publix"
I found this is no longer true. Last year I ordered a birthday cake for a friend. Looked great but you can taste it was frozen not fresh. I thought lesson learned. Called this week for a birthday cake. Was told all of them are frozen! Stopped in to buy cup cakes yesterday the 24th. All of them had expiration dates for the 25th or 27th!!
I will be looking for a good local bakery!!! I would put which Publix but I am sure they are all the same.”
“Publix tries to come off as “primer service “. However they have little organization in the front end at some of the stores. I worked and was hired as a cashier 8 months ago. All of a sudden there we’re bagging and lifting 32 bottles/water and pack customers cars. Driving electric carts back. AFTER 8 months of cashing. Got doctors note about heavy lifting and various duties persisted. Very disappointed with front end customer service and management NOT HANDLING THIS ISSUE PROPERLY. I am a good employee, always on time. Never customer complaints”
“I went to the Publix today on laurel springs parkway Suwanee. The cashier name is Caitlynn was super mean. Not friendly at all. Had a bad experience today which never happens before. I did complain about this to the manager. Hope he will address this issue.”
