Expected 10 family members for Thanksgiving… however our plans fell apart when some people in the group forgot to make reservations with the rest of us. OMG what to do the day before Thanksgiving… everything I tried fell through… so I googled Publix and they were advertising Thanksgiving Dinners. I crossed my fingers and called Tuesday night around 9:30pm and to my surprise they were still open. I ordered their dinner with no problem at all… the price was amazing…the customer service on the phone was awesome… very helpful indeed. Picked up my dinner on time and our dinner was awesome… the Turkey was just perfect… well seasoned and not dry at all … I was so pleased and impressed as to how my dinner turned out… just amazing in every way. I shop at this location 90% of the time with no complaints. Thank you PUBLIX you guys rock. You saved me.”

I had a lot of questions about the sandwiches and the hot food as it was my first time at Publix. He gave me all the answers I needed and a lot of recommendations. The professionalism was just out of this world. I came back the next day because the sandwich was excellent and I got the same experience from the other employees. “William and the deli gave Excellent customer service. There were a group of about 10 people behind me; will you acknowledge them and told him that he would be with them in a minute. I had the Philly cheese. I watched him make it and he asked a couple questions which was good. He performed his task with a smile. The Philly sub came out perfect. William provided excellent customer service as he was professional, friendly knowledgeable, and patient. Your other sub makers could learn a lot from William; no longer how long they have been there.
