“William and the deli gave Excellent customer service. There were a group of about 10 people behind me; will you acknowledge them and told him that he would be with them in a minute. I had the Philly cheese. I watched him make it and he asked a couple questions which was good. He performed his task with a smile. The Philly sub came out perfect. William provided excellent customer service as he was professional, friendly knowledgeable, and patient. Your other sub makers could learn a lot from William; no longer how long they have been there.

Obviously he saw me just standing there and came over to assist , I advised him all three bags had turned brown. He removed the bags from the shelf and said let me go look in the back.
