“The process was smooth, and I finally felt a sense of closure after days of stress and uncertainty. This experience was a harsh wake-up call about the dangers of trusting online financial platforms. No matter how legitimate a company seems, it’s essential to conduct thorough research before making any investment. I now take extra precautions and encourage others to do the same. If something feels off, act quickly waiting too long can make all the difference in whether or not your funds are recoverable.””
“Borders Best watermelon is maybe the most disappointing watermelon I have ever had! It’s June 6th the peak of the Florida season and Publix store in Wesley Chapel “Their new store “ put this out as a quality product! I’m sorry it way below my expectations, I’m a watermelon consumer but I will never buy a another watermelon from Publix!”
“Your stores do not allow us to scan our united health cards we have to pull up the info on phone which doesn’t work
Inside a building with metal roof. Called corporate the provided an answer that their machines can’t scan the cards. Dollar general. Walmart and other very small stores can. Guess they don’t want to keep older customers. Goodbye they are many other grocery choices. Plus half the time their pharmacy can’t sell over the counter medications cause their computers won’t let the process the sale. Guess you guys need a real IT team/department”
“Publix employees have been generally polite and helpful . 5/29/25, we grabbed the last 4 of the Amy’s Pot Pies on sale and had wanted more. At customer service, Patrick who was not at all eagar to provide service after several minutes looking at his computer, said he could not give us a rain check as the product was not a manager’s special. We got rain checks before for butter, Coconut milk, pot pies that were on sale. Could not understand why Patrick refused us.”
“Ordered an Italian sub from the Banana River Publix in Cocoa Beach. Sub had the incorrect bread. Had no sauces on it or banana pepper. And was only a few minutes late.”
“Publix 504, today I went in for hoagie rolls and they were really hard, I'm use to the being soft in the past, but lately things have been going down hill at Publix 504, so I've been going to the Southgate public in New Port Richey, which everything is way better. I'm not happy with the Publix near my house although the people are still nice, the product isn't great...”
“East Lake Publix never have any bread for sandwiches, this is the second time within a month, and publix app allow you to continue to place order, and no phone call or email stating that they are out of bread.”
“Receipt ID 1039-4CQ-048-_ _ _
Just shopped. $70+. Person in front of me declined for "donation" treaded nicely. I also declined,(after small amount of groceries for $70+ I couldn't afford it), however, I git the "move along brush off get out of my store" treatment. I guess I need to go to Winn Dixie.”
“Publix has become a rip off, where shopping is a pleasure, not with those prices, pogo's mark up is an insult, thanks former competition I very seldom stop shop there, customer service, terrible.
Be wise when spending your money, for me a get more bang to the buck by going to Trader Joe's, Aldi and Walmart.”
“I been to 2 different Publix in 1 week and ordered the ultimate sub notice that they are making them with less meat cut much thinner than usual. Second store I ask if they were cutting down on the meat. He told it did look a Lil skimpy and added some meat. But I notice another employee ask if I complained about the amount of meet. Publix if you cutting down on the meet you need to lower price I will be keeping an eye on my sandwich...”
“Writing about the Subs they make. Italian in particular. Since when does HAM go into an Italian sub. The answer is never. I have travelled extensively and seriously enjoy Italian subs. But Prosciutto is the meat that is used, not ham. Ham is a cheap addon”
“I’ve been a loyal customer of Publix for quite some time, but I feel compelled to share my disappointment regarding a recent policy change. They have decided to charge over $1 per pound for cutting up chicken into small pieces—something that has always been a complimentary service at their competitor.
This new fee feels unnecessary and frustrating, especially considering that Publix Supermarket is already known for its higher prices across the board. Adding an additional cost for a service that used to be free makes shopping here less appealing. Many customers rely on this service, especially when purchasing larger quantities of meat, and this change just adds to the overall expense of shopping at Publix.
It’s disheartening to see a supermarket prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. I hope they reconsider this decision, as it may drive loyal shoppers like me to seek alternatives where we can find better value and service.”
“Went into the Publix in port charlotte florida on tamiami trail for the cheese tasting today at 11 and guess what nothing was set up even at 12 for this event. Guy there said he didn’t have tine tone to do it. When I asked the meat manager about it he said that’s not my department. Service at Wynn Dixie a lot better.”
“12/29/24 - Everything worth having in the weekly BOGO ad is always sold out when we arrive. To me, that's false advertising to get you into the store. Also, we live locally but yet we pay "tourist" prices!! That is not the way it should be. FLORIDIANS should get lower pricing. It's not our fault that our home is situated where it is! Very disappointed 😞 with my local store!”
