the meat at publix supermarkets is about the worst i've ever had. I'm from the northeast and used to get fresh and tasty beef. The stuff they call "steak" and "beef" is horrible. Don't know if it will be any better, but I'm at least going to try Winn-dixie ... it truly can't be any worse. They must buy from the cheapest suppliers they can find
