Publix Super Markets will always be my best and number 1 store, super market. I like their customer services, and their loyalty. I can trust most of their employees. I left my card and my phone each separate time on shopping cards. They saved them for me, thank you Publix.

I ordered a German Chocolate cake for my husband's birthday but we were sorely disappointed due to the fact that the cake had all filling and icing and barely any chocolate actual cake. We took it back since we could not eat it. Publix used to be good with their cakes but they have fallen behind now.

Publix 504, today I went in for hoagie rolls and they were really hard, I'm use to the being soft in the past, but lately things have been going down hill at Publix 504, so I've been going to the Southgate public in New Port Richey, which everything is way better. I'm not happy with the Publix near my house although the people are still nice, the product isn't great...

There were 5 of us standing in the pharmacy line waiting to pickup our prescriptions n the person being waited on had 8 or 9 prescriptions n something was going on? We waited 5 min. We waited 10 min. Finally I ask an employee if the manager could get her assistance. She was rude n couldn't really understand her. Finally after a few more minutes someone else Finally showed up to help. When leaving I stopped at the customer service counter n suggested that when the pharmacy is backed up not be afraid to ask for help, the women at the counter started to say; we are short handed........I walked away, I don't want to hear your excuse just play it forward.

I have been doing the majority of my grocery shopping since 1983 at Publix and have always been satisfied for the most part. Since Covid and inflation kicked in I have noticed that pricing has gone up significantly and customer service has steadily declined. Recently I complained to an employee about the pricing and was told that the store was in a (vacation-tourist area) and that was the reason for the pricing. I live in Ormond Beach and my modest guess is that the ratio of local residents over tourists that shop in this store is 500 residents to 1 tourist. I don't understand why local residents should be gouged like tourists at Publix or anywhere for that matter. The Publix where I shop is 1.5 miles from my house which makes it convenient. The obvious greed is overwhelming. This evening I ordered sandwiches from the deli online and was given a pickup time. When I arrived 2 minutes past the pickup time I was told the order had not been started. The deli was not overly busy. I was upset, but said nothing and waited another 10 minutes for the order. I thought that ordering ahead was meant to be a time saver. The deli manager came to me and apologized over and over with meaningless excuses. I had begun shopping Publix for sale items and BOGO items only. I have noticed that now there are lesser quality products at the higher prices. Also perishable items are sometimes expired or only a couple of days from expiring. In short, I will spending my money elsewhere. There are other places to shop. I would have given 0 stars, but had to give at least 1 in order to complete the review. Joe B

East Lake Publix never have any bread for sandwiches, this is the second time within a month, and publix app allow you to continue to place order, and no phone call or email stating that they are out of bread.

I find it unbelievable that Publix Brand Ice Cream is contaminated with pieces of Nylon, it is really the first time it has happened to me and I have been buying it for many years, but I find it outrageous that a baby can consume it and swallow it because he does not realize it or his mother does not notice this, because I am an adult and I did not see it, I only felt it in my mouth and started vomiting, so I imagine what it would be like if a baby consumed it.

I've shopped here since I have lived in suburban Atlanta. I spend $300-$500 per week. Publix has DISCONTINUED SUPPLYING too many items that I purchase. I get them through Amazon now. I WILL NO LONGER BE SHOPPING AT PUBLIX.

This place is going downhill, everything is overpriced bad quality and the employees clearly work there for necessity not because the enjoy working there. It took 38 min to get my sandwich order today I was the only one ordering as well. No line…… Last time for me …. I’m out

Receipt ID 1039-4CQ-048-_ _ _ Just shopped. $70+. Person in front of me declined for "donation" treaded nicely. I also declined,(after small amount of groceries for $70+ I couldn't afford it), however, I git the "move along brush off get out of my store" treatment. I guess I need to go to Winn Dixie.

Publix has become a rip off, where shopping is a pleasure, not with those prices, pogo's mark up is an insult, thanks former competition I very seldom stop shop there, customer service, terrible. Be wise when spending your money, for me a get more bang to the buck by going to Trader Joe's, Aldi and Walmart.

Publix has already begun to increase prices and probably using excuse of the tariffs. Certain products I buy ALL the time have risen as much as $3-$4 in one week. Seniors simply cannot afford the GREED of Publix; they lost me as a customer even though the store is directly across the street from where I live.

Don’t usually buy meat at Publix, but gave it a try, what a mistake. T bone steak on sale 9.99 lb it was like shoe leather. I get much better meat at Winn Dixie

I’ve been a loyal and usually a satisfied customer of Publix for 40 years. This past week I experienced something that was totally out of sorts- 8pm on a Wednesday, went to the deli to purchase sliced meat and cheese only to be told the deli was closed due to not enough staff. The young lady was very apologetic. I don’t blame her for the situation but I do wonder when corporate is going to solve the repeated issues with the Deli departments. From reading these reviews, the Deli seems to be a continuous common frustration for shoppers everywhere. 🫤
