In regards to the Publix in Belair Plaza in Daytona beach at 2595 N. Atlantic. I left my lights on while I was inside shopping, and when I came out my car was dead. Luckily I had a jump box. Unluckily it was also dead. I noticed that right next to the exit for you. There was a power outlet right next to the seats that were given there for the public. Happy that I had a solution. I went ahead and plugged the device in and then went back to my car to see if I can find a jump. I returned about 20 minutes later and I found that my device had been taken. I looked behind the customer service desk and found out that Publix was the one who stole the device. The manager was standing right there at the service counter when I asked for it back. He told me that I can’t plug things in in the store . Apparently this is how public treats people who just need a little help. Publix ain’t what it used to be, not even close. Such a shame too, because I’ve always sung Publix praises but while this isn’t enough to make me never go there again, it certainly a step in the wrong direction.
