Would leave 1 star but alas like many others I cannot. It is a dire company, ordered some knives for a gift on boxing day and 2 weeks later still no sign of them, despite them saying they would be delivered. Firms like this should not be allowed to continue trading. Going to have to contact Visa now and try and get my money refunded. Avoid like the plague!
