Atrocious company!! How are they still trading? Purchased 12 dishes in November, 11 arrived. They will not deal with problems by phone, I have repeatedly emailed them plus left messages on their website. No invoice/paperwork only my Visa transaction. If it was for me I probably would shrug and forget, but I am treasurer of a charity and this purchase was for them. I feel terrible that my paperwork records will not be correct.
