Didn't need to use them, just had the insurance for a year, so no idea what their' process is like as far as claims go. The auto renew reminder (no reply, naturally) came the night before they were going to take another years worth of increased premium, by pure chance I saw the email and managed to cancel it by first opening an online account and going to the opt out. Time will tell if I have done it soon enough. Thieves.
