This has to be the worst Insurance company in the world !
I have been trying to contact them by phone for a week now. Each call is the same. " you are third in the queue " then a voice after 10minutes a voice advises you leave your phone number and someone will get back to you. I've left my number 5 times now and a week later my call still has not been returned.
