Never have wrote a bad review, but this is INTOLERATABLE...
Have made my first order online, delivery for my order should take 5 days, I was waiting 3 weeks, were contacting the company through all chats, emails & ect - had NO ANSWER, NO EMAIL BACK, haven’t got any response back where is my order. Even NO TRACKING for my delivery. The customer service here is ABSOLUTE 0 & NOTHING... AWFUL!
Had NO RESPONSE, but received my purchase after a month after placed my order.
Now have requested a return & have send back my purchase. It was 2 weeks ago. Again, I am waiting for confirmation that they received my return, but AGAIN - NO CONFIRMATION, NO EMAIL BACK...
When trying to contact them through chat - long waiting for the answer & it always expires, then turns off with NO ANSWER given.
This company was one of my favourites few years ago, but I was always shopping in-store & never had any issues... But now I could say - STAY AWAY from P&B & DO NOT SHOP HERE, because it’s the most AWFUL shopping experience I ever had! THERE IS NO ANY RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER!!!
