Don’t use this company. Terrible and disappointing. Ordered a coat as a Christmas present. It still has not arrived, chased daily for 2 weeks and just go round and round on their “robotic” WhatsApp customer service system. They never email back, despite promises. Should have checked out their track record before ordering. Now trying to get a refund !!
Most online shops are now very reliable, but this has really been a complete scam.
