I am seeing so many quality issues with pulte since they started building the house they use different materials for different houses and they say it is an upgrade but when you check online it is lower than the one they use regularly.. we paid lot of money to win the bid when compared to others afterwords still they don’t care and say we have warranty.. what warranty 5 years what happens afterwords please be cautious when you are purchasing pulte homes in Illinois
