Pulte gave the residents no control or say so in the increase charge for our HOA. They have yet to explain where the money will be going and said they can make decisions without the residents in on the meeting. A meeting we were not able to attend. They lied stating the HOA is a 5year contract for $65.00 and increased anyway.
