Horrible Mortgage, Sales, and builder service. We were pre-approved for a home from the Pulte Mortgage and paid the deposit of $20K, and in the last month of closing, we were asked to have a co-signer or come up with a $250K down payment. During the walkthrough, we asked them to fix a few items, and they assured us they would before closing, but only some of the items were fixed. After closing, we asked them to complete the requested items. However, the request went into a Black hole. The front door would not lock when I went to the sales office to see why the front door had not been fixed yet. Of course, the salesperson (Nick Haynes) had no idea and said to call the builder. The salesperson also asked me to leave and not return to the sales office again, and he said if I didn't go, he would call the police. I wish he would have! Poor customer service does not pay attention to the quality of work. Make excuses for every request we make to fix the faulty items (builder person Joe). The builder manager was the only person willing to help; unfortunately, I don't remember his name. I appreciate him (Solana Complex in Durham, NC)
