Horrible construction. Walls are not level. Windows don't shut properly. Outlets not flush with the walls
Paint on floor. Toilets have backed up twice. Cabinet coming off the wall. Nail pops . Hear every sound through the walls. The house is 3 months old! Del webb community. They sell the sizzle not the steak. Poor quality
