STAY AWAY FROM PULTE !!! They trick the buyers with incentives delivering them low quality home with Shoddy workmanship. Their 10 year warranty is to just get the buyer in and then they don’t honor it. Bad investment. Rather buy old house and renovate it than buy new construction from Pulte and keep plugging in money from your pocket. Don’t fall for their fake SOLD boards in the community.
