Absolutely appalling customer service! Order placed 28 Nov still not arrived. Lost in post. I am told I need to wait for the courier company to refund and will be refunded thereafter. Which company does that? The customer did not choose the courier you did so PUMA you sort your issues between yourselves and not penalise customer for it!!
Still waiting for my refund since forever!!!
Will never order again of course.
