I bought 2 pairs of Pumas off EBay , about an hour after I ordered I noticed the shipping address was wrong so I contacted Puma asking them to vorrrct the shipping r to cancel the order so I could correct and I was told that they could neither. They would not be change shipping address or allow me to cancel the order so the shoes I ordered are going to South Carolina while I live in New York and I’m just out that money , They are unwilling to assist in any way ,I called Corporate they told me same thing, Guess customer service is not on their priority list , apparently they don’t care about customer satisfaction , I will definitely not buy from Puma again which is a shame cause I like the style of their products but the terrible customer service and the money I’m losing is out weighing that ,
