Order products online on the 10th Oct. Waited till the 22nd Oct to follow up regarding the order.
Tried calling their 1800 number, twice, left a message to be called back. That was 1 week ago.
Sent an email to follow up regarding the missing order. No response other than their auto-reply.
So far, customer experience sucks. No help, no response and no idea what is happening to my order. They gave us a 7-14 days delivery timeframe, it's been 16 days now, and no update regarding delay or anything.
I understand there might be a delay in delivery what I don't understand is the lack of communication and updates regarding progress of fulfillment.
If you're ordering online, don't waste your time. You get no help from them whatsoever.
