We waited nearly 2 months for a new arrival to drop. Signed up for email notifications as well. The morning the product drops I am online and ready. Their site is freezing and not opening. Tried 3 separate devices all on different networks to no avail. Tried calling, tried the chat. Just plain worthless. Then after 1.5 hours of attempts it claims sold out. So frustrated that this national company is this poorly equipped to handle incoming orders.
