Do not ever order from Puma!! The worst customer service! I ordered $200 worth of items on sale for my 3 kids. Almost 3 weeks later and still no clothes. My clothes have been sitting at FedEx for a week in Mass with no explanation and Puma refused to follow up. The manager Maria stated her boss told her to tell me to wait 9 more days. Which will almost be 4 weeks! After 9 days they will contact FedEx🤬 Another package that never left California was supposed to be canceled and refunded but they shipped it even after l canceled it. I don’t get a big income tax! My kids needed the clothes. This is bad business! Maria wanted to refund me my money for the inconvenience so l can buy my kids clothes and her boss said no. They told me sorry it we can’t do anything for you! I will never go through this again! I will stick with Nike! When that package arrive l will return it unopened! I my damn money! Never again! Buyer beware! I hate Puma!!!
