I placed an order and there was a mistake in my address I called them after 5 min and they were not able to cancel or correct the address and they said they don’t care the order will be shipped to the wrong address. I called them 20 times and all what they said was they can’t help.
I never had an issue with anyone but just with them. For sure Puma is still a low brand and very unprofessional.
